Audit Staff
Remote Work
We are seeking an audit staff person to perform audits of private and public companies to add to our growing practice. This will be a contract position, which will require you to have your own computer with MS Office, and high-speed internet connection.
Qualifications
- Current and valid CPA license
- A minimum of 2 years of audit experience in public practice at a CPAB and/or PCAOB registered firm
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English
Functions
- Perform audits of public and private companies operating in various industries such as biosciences, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, healthcare and technology
- Complete audit procedures and documentation in accordance with PCAOB standards
- Meet deadlines for completing audits
- Respond to partner review comments in a timely manner
- Communicate audit issues effectively and assist in creating solutions with the partners
- Communicate with and manage deliverables required from the client’s accounting team
